HMG Ultamid 4 & half insert
For sale is a very lightly used (only 3 times) HMG Ultamid 4 in spruce green, half insert, and custom carbon fiber center pole from MLD. Nothing at all wrong with it, just too big for my liking since I camp solo. Mid and insert come in a dcf-8 spruce green x-large stuff sack. Asking $1070 shipped CO...

Thanks, Thomas, will do. I just got back yesterday from an overnighter on the Upper Colorado, State Bridge to Dotsero (46 miles). A definite step up from Ruby/Horsethief. Lots of class II's, a few III's. Anyway, I'll get back to the West Slope soon enough, I'm contemplating a run of the Green in la...

I'm very interested in joining a group for a Bob trip. I'll be in and around GNP from 7/24 - 8/5. Been trying to do it the last couple years but logistics never worked out, paying $400 - $500 for a vehicle shuttle is not ideal or practical. If I can't find a group to join this year I may just settle...

I have seen some packrafts that have the bow bag permanently attached right like the spray deck. Is this a modification that Alpacka can do or is this something owners are doing on their own? If so, how is it done?

It all depends on your own personal preference as well as where you live and what type of water you will be paddling. If you will be paddling glacial run off up in Montana then I would assume you would want to wear a dry suit. If you will be paddling monsoon run off in Arizona, then you could get aw...
