Simone, fortunately it won't be winter although Tassie water can be cold anytime of the year. It is very likely to be mid-October in the north-west. Pretty sure Dulkara means Friday 8th to Sunday 10th January as per the Facebook Event site. :)

Will be great to see how much interest there is in this event. Murchison is an amazing place to paddle with lots of high quality relatively easy runs so close to a centrally based camping ground.
