Total newbie

Post by Gonzo1 » Fri Jun 26, 2015 1:28 pm

Hi fellow packrafters,
I love the packraft concept and all the possibilities. As an experienced backcountry snowboard/skier Alpine climber I get the whole go light theory so having done 1 "guided" white water trip down boulder drop on the Skykomish in WA on a bigger raft I'm hooked. My question is where can a guy get some training or better yet show me the ropes on this new to me sport here in Washington State. I would like to eventually do some multi day trips.
Thanks

I have found Roman Dial's "Packrafting! An Introduction & How-To Guide" extremely helpful to get ideas swirling with a lot of tips and how-tos..
