Contacting Alpacka

Ive sent 3 emails and no reply, im in Oz dont want to hassle them, should i just give it more time, do they answer? Should i wait up and call? Anyone have any luck with the email system?

Yes, I've contacted them a few times by email, longest reply time was about a week but usually a day or two. They say they are pretty busy at the moment.
